Join Steve Klitsch, an entrepreneur, small business owner, and member of The Society of Civil War Historians, as he leads a battlefield tour at Antietam National Park in Sharpsburg, Maryland and discusses the events of September 17, 1862. Learn how those events, of that fateful day, involved leadership and management decisions. Learn how leadership decisions of that historic day still play a role in business leadership today. Learn how management styles of the two prominent generals of the day affected morale, logistics, and short term goals. Learn how effective leadership drives long term goals.
